I’m going to try to make this post sound professional.  Let’s see how I do:

Due to recent set-backs, the CP Clones army will be going through a military reform that should have a positive impact on it.  The army shall cut down it’s number of leaders down to one, with one co-leader, and one third in command.  The the leader will be TyloV5, the co-leader will be Pippy212, and the Third in Command will be Blueswill. 

The army will also go through other changes such as:

• A set of codes will be used to show the status of each server under the control and protection of the CP Clones army.
• The Government will go through a reform as well as the army.
• The army ranks will be re-done (this task has already been completed).
• The army will go through a rigorous yet necessary phase that will hence-forth be known as “Operation: Size-Up”.
• The new divisions will be completed.
